Ock'n'Dough are:

Janis Zakis - Provides the essential accordion sound on piano accordion to create the famed Ock'n'Dough wall of sound and great blues-accordian of the style favoured by the urban zydeco bands after the like of Clifton Chenier and Buckwheat Zydeco. Also a highly charismatic vocalist - once likened to Jim Morrisson of The Doors - ride that storm JZ! Janis also assists Jo with the calling when performing for a ceilidh.

Bob Fisher - Highly versatile vocalist, guitarist and english concertina player. Bob has the ability to sing traditional ballads in many styles and also turns out an excellent blues style that lends itself ideally to cajun and zydeco. His rock solid rythymn, lead and slide guitar forms half the engine room with Dace. Bob also loves playing English concertina, both treble and baritone

Dace Fisher - The engine room of the band providing a rock solid backing on drums, tit-fer (triangle), zydeco rub board and anything else she can hit (including her husband Bob!). Dace is a highly respected percussionist in cajun/zydeco circles.

Jo Zakis  - Newest addition to the band, Jo provides clarinet and tenor saxophone and girly vocals to colour and augment the sound. Jo has taken over most of the calling duties when the band plays for ceilidhs / barn dances which adds a nice feminine touch!

Robin Hillman - An outstanding fiddle player and singer from the North East with acid wit! Robin appears with us for most Cajun events and other special occasions as he's regularly fully engaged with theatre work and other performers.
